Long awaited news, from "Government of India" a Unique Identification Number for every citizen. Hope this will help India to grow better in the right way. If "UIN" is introduced in India, chance to reduce the corruption rate. Hope every Indian welcomes it and use it in right way.

I don't think it is possible to reduce corruption by assigning UIN... :-(
